Y2K Ruffle-Shoulder Mini Dress

Y2K light purple/lavender mini dress with ruffle shoulder straps. V-neck wrap front and empire waist. Flowing skirt with subtle ruffle hem. Lightweight, feminine style perfect for casual wear. The chest has fairly thin padding that’s stitched in place. Good used condition with no major issues. There are some signs of use as I wore this often. There’s some fabric pilling/imperfections especially on the straps, chest, and bottom ruffles, along with some loose threads.
