This is a pre-owned Lululemon All Tied Up Tank in a heathered gray color, size M. The tank features a relaxed fit with a rounded neckline and wide armholes. The back has a split design that can be worn loose or tied at the bottom, as shown in some images. The material appears to be a soft, lightweight knit, possibly Pima cotton.
