Good used condition- wore once out and has been in closet for years, Windsor one shoulder ruffle top dress. Colorblock design- ivory, pink, grey on bottom. Mini dress fit - size medium. Very stretchy. Thinner, soft material - perfect for summer. I cut out the plastic hanger straps inside dress. Pit to pit 13 inches. Length approximately 30 inches. Very stretchy.
