The lining says 15% elasthan but not the outer part. Is the outer fabric stretchy?

@kupa6 Hi! Yes the outer part is stretchy. It’s just the waistline/back that doesn’t have much stretch. The mannequin it’s on fits sizes small/medium but the back can’t be zippered up all the way on the mannequin. So this would fit best on a size XS/Small ❤️
