Spectacular Red Embellished Dress

I can’t say enough about this incredible dress. Red color with multiple embroidered circles, sequins, tassels, and lace all around the hem. Has tassel tie that I think should be tied and back, but I’m not sure. Tag says what looks like a large, but I think it fits more like a medium with a pit measurement of 19 inches, and the dress is approximately 46 inches long.
