I am boring. I rarely go out.. Most of the time you'll catch me in jeans and in a sweater on a Friday night hanging out a local dive bar. susroses @lizerbes I am sorry for this super late reply. I completely forgot to do this sooner. The material says that the dress is 62% polyester and 38% rayon so it is not very stretchy. The hip area measures 18 inches across and the bust area measures 17 inches laying flat across. I hope this helps if you are still interested.
