putt917 @tcdorsey here is the instructions, if you have any questions let me know. You must drink water, and you have to wait 72 hours in between your wraps. If you wrap Monday you can't wrap again until Thursday, it's important that you wait the 72 hours and DRINK WATER!

putt917 @lexi21 you have got to wait 72 hours in between wraps... Big because of danger but because they work for 65+ hours AFTER you take them OFF. Rub the lotion in and it will continue to work.

putt917 @dollface2013 hey! I shipped yesterday evening so it may arrive Saturday but most likely Monday. It's important you read these tips, and follow them closely. Take pictures and DRINK YOUR WATER! Important that you shower and do not apply lotion or anything prior to applying wrap. Even a body wash /soap! You will be amazed :)
