reata @cv I'm 5'3 and wore about 3inch heel. You're definitely able to hem the bottom because I initially did for about an inch.

reata @grantna1 hi again :) this dress is more of a light baby blue. This is my favorite dress!!!! The bead work is also white. I'll have to put it on and take a picture of the back and a close look at the beads for you!
