See and Rae strapless, asymmetrical dress

Strapless Dress with double flounce bust ruffle with tiny seed need edging. Waist has self tie scarf type belt. Full, flowing , three tiered skirt in front in diagonal lengths. Front flounce drops to a hip length, pointed flow in back. Asymmetrical skirt follows the lines of the back point. Strapless top has elastic banding. This would be a great dress for a semiformal wedding or cocktails. Pictures don't do it justice.
