My original tips: Pull the piece of the garment that has piling very tightly around a curved surface, (you can use a tennis ball) remove the guard and run the hair trimmer across the part of material that has excessive piling, being careful to not cut or gap the remaining material, just like you are cutting hair. This really works to make your clothing look newer longer..
