I bought this dress for a wedding but only wore it once. I’ve included a photo of myself wearing 4-inch heels. I’m 5’3”, a size small, and my jeans size ranges from 2 to 4. My bust size is 34C. I did get the dress altered. The straps were tightened slightly, and the bottom was hemmed, probably 2 to 3 inches. Now, the dress is quite tight. Please keep that in mind. I wore it without a bra, and yes, it comes with the neck tie. Please buy at your own risk. I’ve included a size chart below. The alterations cost $150, and Nordstrom did them.
