???? Never seen that b4? Maybe they got in trouble? I didn't know I wasn't allowed to sell my husbands pants on here...pm sent me a warning and removed the listings that violated their policy. Maybe something like that?

@desibell So do I and I've kinda worked around that. Check out my closet for the man stuff. 😉 My son's stuff is up there too. I've seen men on here with NO LISTINGS, which makes me think they're either honest guys scouting for their Mrs. or men on the prowl. Lol!! I tend to think its the latter of the two.

@desibell oh my goodness! This is crazy! You know this confirmed scammers you mentioned, how do you know? Do they buy things and then not pay? Or are just bots? I'm getting nervous now!! Lol Very glad I saw this post though (and this closet btw, aside from clothes such positive messages! I love it!

There are some of us who do it, but if something happens where you are scammed, they will not assist you, so trade at your own risk. You can review the guidelines on here as well. @lv_dee1379 thanks! I've read the faq's but I either missed that part or it's not there. And why no paypal? I'm just curious cuz I've seen other sites use PayPal.. I feel like there's a ton I don't know yet :(

@knockout_mama The same philosophy applies to PP. I have used it, but it depends on the feeling I get from the buyer/seller. I have yet to have any bad experiences on here, and I've done trades and used PP. Poshmark feels they can't protect you from being scammed if you trade or purchase through PP. I've added an additional pic to give you their reasoning for not trading/using PP.

@knockout_mama You'll learn as you go and once you get a feel for your buyers and sellers, you'll make conscious decisions on how to conduct business on here. As always, remember to have fun with it! We love "Poshing" and really hope you do too. If you'd like, I can compile a lists of some do's & don't's for easy Poshing.

@knockout_mama It's no trouble at all and as a matter of fact, you can search "tips" and there are some wonderful ladies who have done a "how to Posh" listing. I'll tag you in the ones I find. Read them and if you have questions, please feel free to ask. Another posher who is awesome for tips & tricks would be @juliepointer1. She's amazing!!!

I love Posh, but their customer service is horrible! I've only sent 3 emails to PM support, but each time it takes them about a week to respond. I have sent them emails asking them to be more honest with the estimated response time- so its less frustrating. Why say 48hrs when you mean a week? I have only used PP once and it was a good experience. I agree that you just have to use your best judgement. I would love it if someone made a list of scammers, their experience and people that have given them trouble. The site is cool and a great way to make extra $$. I don't quite get the no mens clothing thing, when men have closets. Yes D, they are most certainly creepers! I have now had 2 men creep on me! One said he had a foot fetish and wanted my contact info. Gross! Beware ladies.

@kellygirl510 You can search for the scammers thru the search function on here, which is awesome. Most of the Poshers on here will post their run-ins with scammers. I'll be sure to tag you as I come across them. The men on here can be darling, but there are some bad apples. The foot fetish thing is hilarious!!! I love it on here and have come across great ladies with amazing closets! I've also used PP to buy and sell and haven't had any issues thus far (knock on wood). We all look out for each other (most of the time).

I've been a PayPal and eBay user for over 10 years, I use craigslist, and am very comfortable buying/selling online. It can be intimidating for some. My only advice is to be very transparent, look for the same in return. Don't believe any 'stories', re: ill family members, needing to wire money, etc. With the state of the economy, I don't put anything past anyone! Thanks for letting me know about the search feature for scammers. Its kinda strange they don't have a 'feedback' feature, but we make due. This site is awesome, consignment stores have really lost my business! The foot fetish thing is hilarious...esp. because I have such ugly feet! Hahaha. Probably my least attractive feature! I should put HIS info on your page, for being so freakin funny. Thanks for giving me tips. I don't have many friends that Posh, so it takes me a little longer to figure things out!! One more question...how often do you share? Parties vs. regular 'feed'? You have credit in my closet Danelle. Thanks again!! 😘

@kellygirl510 I have to admit that I don't share my listings nearly as often as I should😔. There was a young woman on here who said she got told off for sharing too much, which is a crock!! Share, share and then share some more! I try to do it when ever I get new followers. Oh, definitely share your items during the parties! It's a great way to see specific items. The ones at night are my fav. I am also VERY comfortable with buying/selling online. I do a majority of my shopping from the comfort of my bed. I enjoy Poshing very much. I try to get to know people before I sell them anything, to get them comfortable with me and vice versa. My fiancé is always asking who I'm chatting with and it's almost always someone on here. I'm a true people person. Lol!

Yes me too! My bf says, what are you doing 'Poshing'? I think he actually gets a little jealous. He calls my iPhone my girlfriend! Lol. I can't believe somebody got told off for sharing too much! I share during all the parties that apply to me, I also like the 7pm party. I share at the start, middle and end. I don't know if I'm supposed to share more/less. I always share when I post new things, but not sure how often after that. Posh support said every few days, but that doesn't seem like enough to me with the competition on here? 😏
