never used or tested, no box, youll need a 9V battery to use it. the one we bought for it recently expired so its been removed from the listing and pricing reduced. suppose to be great for elderly or people suffering disabilities that still have limited mobility. just clip to the person, if they try to get up and exceed the cord length it sounds the alarm. our elderly person is much too clever and mobile for us to use this setup.
