belldin You offered me $11 for the frames with a lower shipping of $4.99. I went to accept that but the shipping was still $6.49 instead of your offered lower price of $4.99. That is why I offered you lower for the item to make up for the fact that you didn't give me the $4.99 offer. If you can send me an offer for the $11 with the correct shipping offer of $4.99 I will accept it instead of going back and forth.

belldin For some reason I'm leaving messages and then I don't see that they got posted. My last offer was I'm willing to pay the $6.49 for the regular shipping and then $9 for the frames and I never heard a response from you. Are you not willing to make that deal or no?
