New From HAWAII Strapless Floral Batik RUFFLE DRESS Size Small

This is a gorgeous little dress, purchased in Hawaii and never worn. No tags, fabric is probably rayon. Item slips on over-the-head or hips. Upper portion of dress is elasticized, there is a band of elastic at hips and ruffled layered bottom portion of dress. Center portion of dress from under bust to hips features vertical pleated detailing. Two long strips of fabric are attached to back of dress and can be fastened as desired. Approximate unstretched measurements are 21” at bust, 34” at waist, 40” at hips, 30” in length. Mannequin measures 34C at bust, 26” at waist, 34” at hips so you can get an idea of fit of item.
