Napkin Rings Round *AS IS*

Never used, AS IS condition - these do have some blemishes/chips in paint (mostly on edges/inner edges), and slight color variation - 2 are lighter than the other 2. Set of 4. Made in India. See Photos. I am not sure if these are painted wood or a heavy plastic. Approximately 2" wide. Color is a yellowish tinted faded light blue. COLOR VARIATION - 2 ARE LIGHTER THAN THE OTHER 2.
