Full Disclosure- purchased NWT from Thrift Store. Brought home and when ironing out small wrinkling in from coloring from metal zipper bled through to front. Washed out that part only - see fourth photo. Outer shell 100% cotton; inner lining Polyester; bottom ruffle Cotton. Made in Philippines.
Bust: measured flat straight across from underarm to underarm about 16” = about 32” around.
Length:outer shell measured center shoulder to bottom abt 20.5”;from center shoulder to bottom/ ruffle abt 23.5”

@pambear1 I would call it a dark coral. Tag has color code of CPO. When looking up colors on jcrew website, the color of “bright cerise” is closest comparison.
