This item is pre-owned and in almost perfect condition. There are three flaws to this item. The first flaw is that the size and brand name tag are fading. The second flaw is that the graphic on the front of the tank top is also fading. The third flaw is that there is some wear throughout the tank top. Besides these three flaws this item is in perfect condition. If there are any other flaws to this item they are minor and I did not notice them.
