jgilbert50 I have that crawfish 🦞 cornbread receipt listed in my closet. I tagged you in it but I wanted to make sure that you did see it. I like the cornbread made out of the left over tails more than I do the actual boil! We pinch the heads off of any left over boil crawfish and put the tails (still in shells) in freezer bags and freeze them until we are ready to use them. Thaw, peel and clean the tails and use in this recipe (or any other recipe).
