Purchase off Amazon and I can’t believe the Velcro broke after one tumble in my washer and dryer and it’s stained so Amazon might be able to offer a refund or replacement due to shoddy workmanship but it was a marketplace and not an Amazon warehouse purchase so I probably won’t be able to get my money back despite my initially positive review of this brand and they were starting out and shipping from an international site and very careful in sending the right color out of 3 options (pink, green, or blue) so I hope they don’t make a mistake and just try to reship me one as a thank you for a false positive review but I wish Amazon essentials were better made but the marketplace purchases are anyone’s guess, so please proceed with caution when considering or requesting this bag:( double requests when quantity was clearly marked at “one” will be rejected and posh won’t show those double requests to me in the future, I hope🤞
