Waist about 13.5" in flat lay Front rise: 9". Inseam: 28". I believe the wash is called atlantic. 93% cotton/6% poly/1% spandex. Machine wash. Small line on back of the leg please see pictures. looks like a pull but could also have happened in the color process.
