How is this compared to US sizing?

I have a size 12 and a size 10 in this US sizing and prefer the 12. Would this work or be closer to a 10?

@cbdavis89 sorry I know nothing about Lululemon, this was given to me by a friend. Im not a fan of Lululemon.

Lululemon's Asia Fit clothing is designed to fit differently than their US-sized clothing:
Waistband: Asia Fit clothing has a narrower waistband.
Hip: Asia Fit clothing is slightly longer down the hip.
Knee and calf: Asia Fit clothing has a better fit on the knee and calf.
Inseam: Asia Fit clothing has a shorter inseam.
