Beautiful Navy dress with a flowy skirted bottom, and 3/4 bell sleeves. It looks great on. 100% Polyester. Hits just above knee on me, and I'm 5'6". It's size 2 but I wear a 4 and it fits me fine. It's just not my style anymore. EUC.
