Hi, what are the shoulder-to-shoulder measurements and length? Does the ruffle piece in front stick out as shown in picture, or can it be flattened down?

@amdi hey, armpit to armpit it's approx 16" and from the top of the arm part of the shoulder to the bottom hem it's approx 20". i checked the jacket again and the bottom part of the ruffle may stick out a little bit i think you can steam it to flatten it more wanted
