This is a fabulous vintage Y2K dress by IN CITY. No tags, will fit approximately size Medium - see measurements below. Item slips on over-the-head and has no pockets or fastenings. Fabric feels like probably cotton blend. Same fabulous print front and back. Front is embellished with pewter and red rhinestones. Approximate unstretched measurements are 34” at bust, 28” at waist, 36” at hips, 34” in length, 23” in sleeve length, 14” shoulder-to-shoulder. Item sold in excellent condition.
