I sold an item on M... yes I learned my lesson on the first sale. The lady said it was plated and that wasn't true. So I just had to wait and pray I received the ring I sold her back! Got no help from M... They don't even make it clear how to contact them. They contact you but no 2 way communication. Don't SELL ON M
