kristidesigner Hey there! I saw your closet and thought I would comment since I’m in the DC metro area. My favorite LV Store is in “City Center” downtown. The LV at Tysons’s Galleria is also a good stop, they replaced my entire Turenne MM bag because of a small defect while it was still under that year long warranty. They didn’t fix it, they gave me an entirely new bag. However the employees at Tyson’s can be rude depending on who you get.

eykwon My best experience has been in the LV on 5th! They’re used to dealing with tourists a lot so they are especially nice to locals/people who are from the east coast. It can get busy, but if u can make it on a weekday its pretty good!

eykwon Yea i think they would! If you’re registered with them u also dont need a receipt, but as long as tr item is authentic they are usually very receptive no matter how u got the bag :) (brw i left u s comment on ur givenchy, just wanted to let u kno!

calvinchalupa @lisalo3 LV bags with cracking and peeling on the coated canvas can not be fixed. LV can redo a bag on only leather handles or the leather piping! Once the canvas has cracking or peeling on it, they will not touch it.

lisalo3 @calvinchalupa exactly ! But they will replace it because the cracks are a defect with the bag and Louis Vuitton acknowledges that. Thanks for your input hun ❤️❤️

loveopulence The LV in Manhasset is my go to location. They’re friendly and helpful. I have visited a lot of LV locations and by far they have impressed me the most 😊 Good luck 👍🏼

ellachka4 Hi, there’s a place in Morristown NJ ( I can ask my husband for the name) they fix everything from Lubes, LV, Hermès, they fixed my Chanel boy bag when Chanel couldn’t even fix it!!!( I was offered another one at Chanel but took a chance and they got it to brand new condition, I believe it’s easy to get there by train, you can even google them just by looking for high end shoe repair in Morristown
