What is up with people charging 2x the retail price for used items ? No I don't want a used, pilly Victoria's Secret sweatshirt for $140. I don't want a ripped brandy tank top for $40. I realize everyone is entitled to charge what they want, but this is ridiculous, especially with traders. I'm not a dollar for dollar type of trader, but I'm not about to give out 5 new things for your one used one. Unrelated: if you're selling drugs/drug paraphernalia of any kind, I will report you.

vmspinel @loopholer lol thanks! I just googled "um" and this is what came up! Personally I thought everyone was aware that posh takes 20%, but I get offers for $3 and $4 all the time. I would never drive to the post office to make $1. I would rather give it to charity for that price.

loopholer I could care less about getting lowballed I have a graphic for that but I think that some people don't one of my friends that sells on here and buys she didn't know because they're not consistently on here I guess. Now with Sug User I have a lot of buyer only and they're not thinking about it because they don't even except their packages they let them run out. That's the only reason I said that. I've just started experiencing it for the first time in eight months

joee_shii This is so true, one time I got offered 4$ ☹️ then again I do have dresses that are expensive but I don't do it twice as the price!! A girl asked for 15$ for three expensive dresses and let's just say, one alone cost 40$ 😒 reg pr 58$ ☹️ I have this 5$ sale but expensive items don't apply (coach bm Tobi) but people try to get an expensive coach bag for 5$ 😤

vmspinel @joee_shii yessss. It's totally fine to list expensive things. I'm talking mall brands at 2x or more than retail value. I love getting extremely low offers, visiting the persons closet, and seeing them sell 100 dollar dresses but they're offering $4 on my $7 shirt. Girl clearly you can afford it haha

hillaryshouston @vmspinel omg TRUTH! You have no idea how annoyed i get with not just the lowball but the big balls on some of the ppl on here. They offer $4-$5 on an over $50 item, get PISSED when I say no but then have every Kmart item in their closet at $20 and up

I had a girl who because I didn't want to trade my Prada and 3:1 Phillip Lim for her 2008 Juicy bag and obvious knock off coach shoes she left 37 comments about what an elitist b**ch I was and made a post on her page that I was a racist and no one should buy from me. hillaryshouston @vmspinel finally I just blocked her and redid the listings so I could remove the hateful comments she left. I was ready to quit Poshmark at that point. But if I give up every time someone hurts my feelings I'm never going to get very far in life. So know that you are not alone and there are more good than bad people on here. Just stick with the winners baby and let the rest wade in their own muck. 😘
