Formal Dress

Nikibiki brand black ruched mini dress with sparkly clear rhinestone designs on the body and bust. This can be converted to a strapless dress or used with its adjustable halter strap. It has straps to put on a hanger. It is double layered with a silky slip interior. The back is zip-up. You can bundle this with any other 2 items from my closet for a 15% discount! Offers are welcome. This has a few missing rhinstones and some loose rhinestones (pictured). It has been worn only twice and washed. It comes from a smoke-free home.
