nancyjay @kels1232 Late last night, after contacting support 6x. I received a shipping label from OM. Ridiculous! The dress has been packaged for over 2 weeks! Some explanation about changing email platforms, which makes o sense. I just saw in my email that you cancelled the order. I do not lame you! However, if you still would like this cute dress, please make the offer againI will accept it immediately & ship today!

nancyjay @kels1232 Because PM never sent me a shipping label until last night! The inability to speak to a human being & the delay in response to any issues emailed creates unnecessary delays I had to request a shipping label 6 times!
