khressler @thunder07 s closet visitors: I have just worked with her as a customer. 3 words come to mind; professional, graceful, and wonderful communication. I encountered shipping issues, this Posher, responded with patience and understanding; even leaving feedback on the quality of the products v the ridiculous amounts of tape I was required to use on the packaging!
