FOR JOSEPH black velvet jacket purchased at a boutique. Size tag is a medium, measures like a small. Flat lay measures 16 1/2” pit to pit and 17” across the back at the chest (it is lined so take away about a half inch for that - probably best for a 32 or 33” bust), 15” across the waist. 4 1/2” collar to shoulder edge, 23 1/2” total length, and 14” sleeves inseam. Three oversized decorative buttons add interest to the off center front closure with an additional single snap closure under the collar. Front and sleeve cuffs have darting and pleating. Can be worn open or closed with the collar up or down. Jacket’s velvet shell is 98% cotton, 2% spandex and the lining is 100% polyester.
