FARM Rio Silk Velvet Top

This is an elegant floral top in vibrant green silk velvet by FARM Rio. It has delicate velvet covered buttons at the back and understated ruffles at the neck and shoulders for a bit of extra edge. Swing hemline can be tucked in or left out. The sleeves are elastics red at the cuff, can be worn full length or pulled up to the elbow for a romantic puff sleeve look. Never worn-NWOT.
