Express Black Ruffle Midi Dress

Dress is a nice solid black with a ruffle accent that runs all the way down the middle to the bottom of the dress. The material is a stretchy T-shirt type but slightly thicker than your normal shirt. There is an elastic band that runs under the bust line. It will stretch out to approximately 18 inches. The material is very stretchy. Measurements are included.🖤 sold as pictured.
