ITS A FULLY LINED DRESS CUTE PLAIN OR WITH A SWEATER IF YOU WISH. 2 1/2 In. lace makes the shoulder straps that go under the arms, down the V neck, & under the bust line. Two wide ruffles fall softly with the same lace all around the whole bottom of the dress. The upper back has 7 inches of gathering, for extra room! Truly a darling dress with A wonderful color.๐๐

He got it out to prepare to bring me if you bought it, and noticed that it has a slight lightness on the lace right at the top of the shoulder. So, I dropped the price to $25. This dress runs on the small size, and the chest is smaller too. There is plenty of stretch in the back. It is NWT, but I want to make sure you saw that there is some light discoloration on the top of both of the lace straps, and I dropped the price again from $30 to $20. Thank you, Janey
