NWT navy blue Cremieux dress top. Ruffled around the collar that goes down into a deep v-neck and ruffles around the sides of the five buttons at the bottom of cardigan. Looks perfect with camisole underneath it and a pencil skirt. Material made out of 82% cotton, 16% nylon, 2% spandex.
