Chambray dress, it is super cute!! the cut out on the neck line is beautiful, it will also fit a (large) and (med) probably better than a XL it is fitted above the waste then flairs at the hips very, very cute!! Love it!!! Would keep it but my hips make it super short on me;) worn for an hour or less.
