@tkashastreasure sleeves - 23.5 inches long (including fringe); bust - front measurement - 21.25 inches, laying flat, back - 20.75 inches , laying flat; back of neck to jacket-edge (including fringe)- 23.5 inches; front center lapel crossing to jacket-edge 17 inches this is a lovely petites jacket. I've just never had petite length arms. ;-(
