I always find it challenging converting euro sizes to US 😩 I have measured across the shoulders seam to seam and the measurement is approximately 16.5 inches--I have also measured straight across the waist and that measurement is appropriately 15.5 inches--I was between a size 4 and 6 during the time I was employed there.
