Hello! I find pants sizing kind of difficult to understand. Is a size 28 equivalent to a typical size 8? Iβm looking for clothes for my mother, who has dropped so much weight in her older age (she turns 91 on May 10th!) that sheβs down to 115 lbs & is around a size 8. I just canβt buy her anything that is tight around the waist, as this bothers her when she gets bloated at night. Thank you for your help! π
