This top has all of the style of a tunic in black and white but is lightweight enough for summer wear. The top is new but without tags. One of my transition pieces I never had a chance to wear.

@g_arpasi The sleeve is 24”, not full length, the length of blouse from back of neck to bottom is 29”.
