Blue Ridge Southern Pottery Crab Apple lidded sugar bowl. Manufacturer: Southern Potteries Inc. in Erwin, Tennessee. Pattern: Crab Apple. Material: Hand-painted ceramic with prominent crazing, which is common in vintage pottery. Era: Produced between the 1930s and 1957. There is significant crazing due to the age. There is also a small chip on the underside of the lid. There is also a stress fracture or hairline crack on the very bottom, underneath.
