This is a Blenko 9616L (Puzzle Vase), designed by Matt Carter in 1996. This is in antique green and stands at 15" tall. Excellent vintage condition. The glass is vibrant and clear with no mineral deposits or internal clouding. No chips, cracks, or repairs to the rim or base. We carefully select every item and believe in transparency.
