Vintage Bell & Howell Model 3181A portable cassette tape recorder and player features a classic top-loading design with a built-in speaker and integrated carrying handle. This unit includes a 3-digit tape counter, ALC (Automatic Level Control) switch, and dedicated volume and tone sliders for customized audio output.
