Can you tell me what this jacket measures from shoulder to bottom hem? (Where does the bottom hem fall when you wear it) Is this fit or slightly oversized?

@skypirate...I just measured shoulder to hem and its 25". I will add a actual pic if me wearing it. It is not form fitting..slightly lose but not too much. I'm 5'2" and usually wear size 0/2 ..just as a reference
