This Army Green Button-Up Ruffle Cape Jacket is one of those pieces that only a true fashionista & fashion risk taker can rock!!!
This is a cross between a jacket, poncho & cape which in my opinion is pretty unique. As you can see in the photos is has a high collar, almost a mandarin collar but not quite. There are no sleeves; it is like a poncho in that you could just throw it over your year but it buttons up so it is also like a jacket.

This is a “snap skirt”. It wraps around the hips, it is NOT a jacket. 🙄
