icyhot808 Am I paying $7.97, $3 for the addnl shipping, & another $7.97 for the $3 shipping label? Never done this b4. A previous order that went over 5lbs just showed a total shipping cost of $11.97. Please let me know. Ty again 4 all the great deals🤗

tposh80 @icyhot808 Hi there, you’ll need an upgraded label to 7 lbs which is $9. Normally an additional bundle will cover an additional 5 lbs which would be more cost efficient than upgrading (in most cases). What I can do is create a new listing for you and add an additional $9 to your entire order to upgrade. Once accepted I would cancel your original order. Let me know if you’d prefer to go this route. I will also grab your order weight again just to double check. Thank you 😊

tposh80 @icyhot808 Good Morning! Poshmark automatically charges $7.97 for shipping on all orders up to 5 lbs. if your order exceeds the 5 lbs, the label on the box would need to be upgraded. Here is the breakdown: 6 lbs - $4.00, 7 lbs $9.00, 8 lbs $13.50, 9 lbs $18.00, 10 lbs $22.00. This amount is in addition to the $7.97. .

tposh80 @icyhot808 (cont.d) So, if I create a new listing for you it would be your existing total amount plus $9. This is why I normally have my buyers purchase a new bundle because it’ll cost less than upgrading a label, especially for bigger orders. For ex: if a box weighs 10 lbs, the buyer would be charged $7.97 (for 5 lb box) and then I’d have to upgrade the label to 10 lbs, which is an additional $22.

tposh80 @icyhot808 (cont.d) If you were to buy an entirely new bundle/order (for 5 lb box) at $3+$7.97=$10.97, it would be a lot less expensive than adding $22 to upgrade a label on an existing order. And total shipping costs for the two boxes would be $7.97 + $10.97 = $18.94 versus $7.97 + $22.00 (upgrade) = $29.97 total for 1 order/box at 10 lbs. I hope that makes sense. icyhot808 @tposh80 ok, thank you for clarifying things. I was confused because not every seller does the same thing. I’ve had sellers split my order into 2 so I end up getting charged $7.97 for each box, & some that don’t charge 4 the added weight. At least now i’m clear on your shipping procedure.
