Abstract Pattern A-line Mini Dress

This is a forever21 dress (rip) but the quality is amazing. It’s a thick fabric that reminded me of scuba fabric (probably just polyester). It has a cool neck line that is very flattering and the skirt is knife pleated which gives it volume. Slight pilling on one side (not visible but you can feel it). A cool messy paint pattern mostly green and pink with a little yellow.
