1980's Black Velvet + White Chiffon Party Dress Puff Sleeves Princess Waist M-L

Vintage 1980's Evening/ Party Dress, no attached tags. Please see measurements for sizing/fit. Black velvet fabric with White airy mesh chiffon and white satin underskirt. Skirt portion is lightweight and would be best with a slip or petticoat slip for more drama. High neck at front and dramatic open back with pewter locking clasp and white satin straps. Zipper at back. Puff sleeves. Princess waistline front and back. Raw hem at chiffon layer but it looks to be original and not cut. In Great condition with light wear. No major flaws found. Skirt has been cleaned and ready to wear. Shown clipped on 5'11" size 4/6 mannequin and on 5'7" size 8 model. Measurements taken laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
