Are there any rips, cuts, tears, loose seams, fraying, missing buttons/snaps/fasteners, missing or bent rivets, zipper issues, stains, discoloration, unusual odors/smells or any other flaws?
Are all the original tags in place?

No flaws. It looks brand new, but it doesn’t come with tags. If you mean the fabric tags attached to the clothing, yes those are still in place and haven’t been altered.

I added the size chart in the photos and those measurements are accurate. The chest was just a little too snug for me and I need to get an XL.

@chiefslocker I haven't bought one with a hood yet. I do plan to get the hood for one of the Barbours that I have. But I'll buy it new from Barbour. Good suggestion on the drawstrings though. I do have a couple of Filsons that have drawstrings.
